We aren't happy unless you are 100% satisfied. In the simplest terms, this means that we will work with you to resolve any problem.

If you experience a defect or flaw that is our fault we will promptly send a replacement.

If you decide that a product isn't for you, that's fine as well, we just ask that you send the product back to us for a refund.

We don't have 30 day time frames or restocking fees of any kind, but return shipping is your responsibility.

UpGood is a small family business founded by a loving father from Denver, Colorado.

We design all of our products and packaging in the US, and work with both foreign and domestic manufacturers to mold our products and bring them to life.

While some of our products are made right here in the USA, others are made in conjunction with overseas partners.

It's no secret - we don't play favorites - we only care about getting the best. So if that means working with the USA, Europe, Asia or the Moon we're going to do it . . . for our family, and yours!

We make shipping simple by offering one Flat Rate charge regardless of where you live. Yes, this also includes you Alaska and Hawaii! And, to make it even better, we'll waive the shipping costs when you spend more than $19.99 with us.

Unfortunately, we don't currently ship internationally, but we are looking to expand. So please, stay tuned.

Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse or a partner facility within 24-48 hrs for maximum efficiency and convenience.

You can expect to receive your purchase within 5 to 8 Business Days.
